The "Neptune Fandub" series project was started by the star, "TCB94" himself. It was inspired by a fandubbing site which included some anime fandubbed to English.
Currently, the site can't be found, but alternatively, a site is similar to this here.
Currently, you can only see it on Bitview so that the dubs will have a less chance to be taken down/blocked easily. The channel associated can be found here.
